Happy Thanksgiving!!!

Mike wishing you and the guys a Happy Thanksgiving!!!! I sure do miss you today. We started the day finishing up making our food. Then cinnamon rolls. Next was the family tradition of trying to keep the Macy's Day Christmas Parade in focus on the TV. The kids loved it. The turkey is done; we are waiting on Angie. Her flight was delayed due to really dense fog down here. I can't wait to spend Thanksgiving with you next year. Take care of yourself! WE LOVE YOU SWEETIE!!!!! Missing you so much!

Retreat pictures

Well at the retreat today. They asked us to write down some answers to questions:

If we could spend one hour with anyone who ever lived who would it be? I thought that is so easy Mike!!!! I thought everyone would say that, but I guess not (not really Mike, but their husbands, ha ha). People put down answers like Mother Teresa and William Shakespeare.

Who is the one person that you admire the most and what are their qualities? Easy again Mike. Steadfast, loving, caring, committed, selfless, loyal!!

If you could go anywhere where would it be and would you take anyone? Again, Mike. I would be camping with my husband and kids somewhere with a lake.

Imagine it is 20 years from now- you are surrounded with the most important people in your life. Who are they and what are you doing? Mike, Mackenzie, Wyatt, Addie, and Baby; we are on a family vacation all together, including all the Grandbabies!!!!

If a steel beam (6") wide was placed across two skyscrapers, what would you be willing to cross it for? MY FAMILY!!!!! Mike wins again!

Well Mike I really love you and thought of you so much this weekend. I really had an awesome time! Very inspiring and relaxing. (Can you believe going alone with my three kids to a water park was relaxing?) I wasn't really alone though, I had an entire conference room of Army Wives and our support network. They are awesome and so are all the people who support us. I learned a lot this weekend, and from God too! Mostly to relax and enjoy my family! To respond with love and not anger. Thanks to everyone. I look forward to going next time with my whole family (with my Wonderful Man and my four little Blessings!!) I love you Mike!!!!!!!!!

I had a wonderful conversation with you tonight! I love getting to talk to the kids! They are so cool even if they are being stinkers! I hope you guys have a great time this weekend. Here are some pictures. They are so cute, but were wild last night. Swimming must have done the trick, cuz they were out in 1 minute. Addie was all over the bed, so I put her on the floor. It was so cute, cuz when she woke up she tried to climb back up in the kids' bed. I told her to come sleep with me. Reminded me of a fish out of water, flop, flop, flip, flip, flop. Flat Daddy

Well Flat Daddy made his first appearance today after two months. I have been holding off on bringing him out. Mostly cuz it makes me kinda sad sometimes to look at. The kids asked today while we were eating our lunch (pictures below). They were thinking of Daddy being here eating our hot, warm lunch on a cold rainy day. Wyatt even went upstairs and got some food for Daddy to eat. How cute. Addie was so excited to see him, she gave him a huge kiss and said, "That's my Daddy!!" Lets hope he makes it another 10 months. I was going to take a after picture of lunch to show you how much food I made. It will be great to freeze for later though. The kids ate so good. Wyatt finished his entire piece of lasagna, four pieces of asparagus and two piece of garlic bread. Needless to say he has grown like 1 1/2 inches since Mike left. Well the time change has thrown everything off despite my best efforts. Goodnight to all, hopefully Addie will fall asleep soon.
