Summer Reading

The kids are doing great.  They have to complete five levels to finish the program; they are about half way there.  Mack is in the teen program, crazy, so she has to read 40 hours.  The other three have to read 25 hours.

If they complete the program, they are recognized at the Ball State vs Army football game on September 7th, kickoff at Noon.  They get free tickets and we can get discounted family and friends tickets, hint, hint :)

They get to go on the field for a ceremony!  Mike is super excited.  It is also a big game for the ROTC and Mike personally.  Now who do we root for?!

Awesome Artwork!

Mack's Creation

A wedding scene made with Legos.  Great job!

Armoire

It is almost finished.  Pool and furniture plans were derailed by sickness.  Hopefully, we can finish both tomorrow!

Poor Addie

She got it the worst, again!

100%

Mack got sick when I was at the store.  Poor Addie just keeps puking!  She is so sweet and easy.  Thankfully Cody hasn't gotten sick since this early afternoon.  Now we are set we have:  soup, crackers, medicine, and carpet cleaner!

Sickies

Cody is the most combative puker I have ever seen!!!!!  He fights like crazy and makes a huge mess!  Hopefully this will help!

Yuck

Cody woke up this morning and started puking!  Then Addie gets up and pukes followed by Wyatt; who managed to miss the toilet.  Thank goodness that Mike is off of work today!  Not sure what happened or where it came from?!  So far 3 for 4, Mack hasn't gotten sick yet.  At least we have no major plans this weekend.

Meat!

I love living by a grocery store that has good meat.  There is also a really nice looking butcher shop we have to check out!  For lunch today, I bought some fresh ground beef for hamburgers.  They were also having a huge sale on T-bone steaks.  I bought some family packs for a great price and fresh bi-colored corn.  It was delicious.  By the way,  I didn't start eating meat, but everyone else LOVES it!  Well, Addie only does sometimes!  Mike is so excited to be eating fresh meat again!  Now we have to get the pool finished!  Pool party soon to follow!

Haircuts

They are pretending to be asleep.

BSU

We had to get him some tactical pants yesterday, so he could be in "uniform" today.

Strawberry Festival

Yeah!  We just might have to get more next weekend :)

Boxes

That is not even all of them!  We had a lot more.
